Look what I made...



Look...I did it!! I made my first basket from the tutorial from the pink penguin! It really was easy! I don't know what I am more excited about actually sewing or making something and completely finishing it. I was over reading Nanette's blog where her daughter had actually posted yesterday and while I was reading it I was saying to myself oh my gosh that is me...I drive my no blog friend crazy cause I start something and then never finish it. Go over and see what I am talking about. Anyway thanks so much everyone for sharing and also being my cheering section. love your basket! especially around the top...i had trouble making mine...things that other people think are pretty simple? they confuse the heck outta me...lol

Thanks for the shout out for me Polly, you are a sweetie. That is one of my very favorite baskets. But I'm very partial to yellow and red. I love it. The size looks fun too. I am going to make a deeper one like that for some upcoming gifts.
